These past few months have been really challenging so I had a voice in my head tell me to go and take some yoga classes to meditate. Not only did I discover a really great hot yoga studio, but I experienced what China Gel was! Yoga people probably know all about this, but to my non-yoga friends you must try it! I’ve done Bikram and vinyasa yoga, but this was my first time doing HOT yoga. Because of the heat in hot yoga, it makes your muscles stretch more than they probably should, and you can become very sore the next day. So, at the very end of class during savasana the instructor came around and put this gel around my upper arms. It smelled amazing and it tingled all over my body. PS- I also wanted to share this picture of a sign that was right next to the yoga studio. I think it was God letting me know that things are going to be okay. Of course the next morning I woke up to some really great news.. let’s hope it continues to follow through!
